JOB SUMMARY:
The Recruitment & Retention Specialist performs work involving a range of responsibilities in recruitment and retention of employees, students, and volunteers. Individual completes other human resources functions including but not limited to orientation of new staff, creation of and maintaining employee files, training and development, policy interpretation and implementation. Additional responsibilities may include benefits administration, assisting with leave of absence including FMLA and other forms of leave, performance management, and as needed, performing other duties as assigned.
