We are looking for a Recruitment Sales Adviser to join our Sales Team at The Fintel Group. This role is ideal for someone with strong sales skills who can build relationships, engage with prospective clients, and contribute to revenue growth.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Experience in outbound calling, ideally within a B2B environment.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to handle objections and close sales effectively.
• High IT literacy, including experience with CRM systems (Microsoft Dynamics is a plus).
• An interest in the financial services industry and a willingness to learn.
