TITLE: RECRUITMENT SALES ASSOCIATE

POSITION OVERVIEW: The Recruitment Sales Associate is responsible for responding to inquiries from prospective students, providing guidance to help individuals clarify their education goals, and recommending suitable programs to support those goals. The primary objective of this role is to promote the College’s programs effectively and to meet or exceed enrolment targets. The Associate also motivates students to support their success in the program and handles related administrative and reporting responsibilities.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred
  • 1–3 years of sales experience in a results-driven, service-oriented, and fast-paced career training environment
  • Strong oral and written communication skills in English, with the ability to communicate effectively.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and Outlook, CRM systems such as HubSpot
Responsibilities
  • Respond to inquiries from prospective students, media, case managers, and others, promoting the College’s programs and services; participate in networking and industry events as required
  • Conduct admissions interviews using the College Admissions Presentation Structure to assess candidates’ backgrounds, interests, and education goals; recommend suitable programs accordingly
  • Complete student enrolment processes, including required documentation and guidance on payment options, in accordance with College Admissions Procedures
  • Maintain accurate records to track leads and follow up, offering motivation and support to prospective students as appropriate
  • Track and report weekly activities, including leads, appointments, interviews, and enrolments
  • Attend regular marketing meetings and contribute to the establishment and achievement of monthly targets
