Monday to Friday (with a mix of 7:15am and 9:00am starts depending on school term times)

SALARY: £26,000 + UNCAPPED COMMISSION

What We’re Looking For

You’ll work side-by-side with experienced consultants, learning the ropes and building your confidence. Then, once you’re ready, you’ll run your own desk, grow your own business, and reap the rewards.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Winning new business: Actively calling schools to pitch our services and secure opportunities
• Finding top talent: Sourcing, interviewing, and placing candidates into roles that change lives
• Hitting targets: Smashing KPIs and performance goals
• Owning your pipeline: Building and managing relationships with clients and candidates
• Becoming a CRM pro: Using our tech stack to streamline your success
• Growing your business: Taking charge of your desk and driving revenue
