Responsibilities
  • Recruitment Delivery: Actively source, engage, and place high-quality candidates that match client requirements. Deliver excellent service to both clients and candidates throughout the process.
  • KPI and Target Ownership: Work to clear, measurable KPIs covering revenue, activity, placements, and pipeline generation. Own your targets and consistently strive to exceed them.
  • Sales & Business Development: Identify, pitch, and win new business through outbound activity, networking, and market insight. Build long-term client relationships that drive repeat business.
  • Market Insight & Strategy: Stay up to date with industry trends, competitor activity, and sector shifts to position the business effectively and spot commercial opportunities.
  • Lead & Enquiry Management: Handle inbound leads with urgency and professionalism, ensuring high conversion and excellent customer experience.
  • Reporting & Commercial Analysis: Track your performance using CRM tools and sales data, reporting progress to senior leadership and using insights to improve outcomes.
