This role is instrumental in supporting our talent acquisition efforts and ensuring we continue to attract high-calibre professionals aligned with our values and business objectives.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Proven experience as a recruiter (either in-house or agency)
  • Strong understanding of recruitment best practices and employment law
  • Proficiency in using recruitment platforms and ATS software
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to manage competing priorities and deadlines
  • High level of discretion and professionalism
Responsibilities
  • Manage end-to-end recruitment across a range of roles, from briefing to offer stage
  • Work closely with hiring managers to understand role requirements and team dynamics
  • Source, screen, and interview candidates using various methods (e.g. job boards, LinkedIn, referrals)
  • Maintain accurate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS) and internal databases
  • Draft and publish engaging job advertisements aligned with employer branding
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews with internal stakeholders and candidates
  • Conduct reference checks and support the onboarding process
  • Provide regular updates to internal stakeholders on pipeline status and hiring progress
  • Support diversity, equity, and inclusion in all recruitment practices
