We’re looking for a Recruitment Sourcer to help us find and engage top talent across the globe. What you’ll do: Proactively source candidates via LinkedIn, job boards, and direct outreach Build and maintain strong talent pipelines Conduct initial outreach and candidate screening Partner closely with HRBPs and Hiring Managers Ensure a great candidate experience throughout the process What we’re looking for: Several years of experience in recruitment sourcing or talent acquisition Strong LinkedIn sourcing and communication skills Fluent English (written & spoken) Proactive, detail-oriented, and comfortable in a fast-paced tech environment What we offer: Work with an international, fast-growing tech company Flexible working schedule (fully remote) Supportive HR team and opportunities for growth
