Your responsibilities Be responsible for the end to end recruitment life cycle of the various vacancies Advertising job vacancies, screening, shortlisting, and interviewing candidates (via phone, video conference, in-person) Ensure a positive candidate experience Maintain and update reporting files, use and update ATS Seeking new ways to expand sourcing channels Establishing and maintaining professional relationships with organizations and universities Participate in job fairs or networking events Deliver results and effectively manage multiple recruitment projects in a fast-paced environment Requirements Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field At least one year of proven experience as an HR Recruiter or similar role Familiarity with Workable ATS is an advantage Teamwork mentality Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines Ability to work within a fast-paced working environment, set priorities and take initiatives Excellent knowledge of the English language Ability to work independently Strong communication and interpersonal skills Flexibility and can do attitude Optimistic, energetic, outgoing with great energy We offer Competitive salary, bonus and benefits Continuous training and opportunities for professional as well as personal growth Collaborative and supportive team culture Hybrid working model
