As a Recruiting Specialist for our Calgary office, you’ll enjoy a permanent position working a hybrid desk with a flexible 40-hour work week, consisting of 4 shifts of 10 hours each, followed by 3 days off.
MUST HAVES - 2-3 YEARS OF HIGH-VOLUME, FAST-PACED FULL-CYCLE RECRUITMENT EXPERIENCE, IDEALLY IN HIRING SKILLED TRADES. EXPERIENCE IN OIL AND GAS SECTOR AND OR SOURCING HEAVY EQUIPMENT OPERATORS IS AN ASSET.
High school diploma and or Post-secondary diploma, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct resume screening, interviews, and coordinate pre-employment testing.
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline by engaging with active and passive candidates.
- Collaborate with management to understand departmental needs and job specifications.
- Post job openings and manage the applicant tracking system to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
- Guide candidates through the hiring and onboarding process.
