The recruitment specialist is to facilitate the hiring process, ensuring that the organization attracts and secures the right talent to meet its business objectives.
EXPERIENCE
Proven experience as a Recruitment Specialist or in a similar role within the hospitality industry / preferably resorts or hotels.
KEY SKILLS / KNOWLEDGE
· Collaborate with hiring managers to understand the specific requirements for each job opening and develop effective recruitment strategies.
· Source and identify potential candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and professional networks.
· Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and assess candidates based on their skills, experience, and cultural fit within the organization.
· Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers, providing guidance and support throughout the interview process.
· Evaluate candidates’ suitability for the position, considering both technical skills and alignment with company culture.
· Manage the offer negotiation process, including discussions on salary, benefits, and other terms of employment.
· Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the applicant tracking system, ensuring data integrity and compliance with relevant regulations.
· Build and nurture talent pools for current and future hiring needs, keeping abreast of industry trends and market changes.
· Provide insights and recommendations to improve recruitment processes, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness in attracting top talent.
Assist in the onboarding process, helping new hires integrate into the company culture and facilitating a smooth transition.
