The Recruitment Specialist plays a crucial role in supporting the UPMC Insurance Services Division recruitment team. Daily job responsibilities will include reviewing applications, generating new applications, conducting phone screens, scheduling candidate interviews, and running basic recruitment reports. Additionally, the Recruitment Specialist may help plan and attend recruitment events. The Recruitment Specialist is a contract position that works daylight hours, Monday through Friday. Apply online today! Responsibilities: Reviewing applications to determine position fit. Participate in meetings with UPMC Staff, Community Partners and other stakeholders. Qualifying candidate calls and phone interviews. Data entry for proactive candidate pipeline database. Running regular reports on a weekly, monthly and quarterly basis in addition to ad hoc reporting. Document creation for the Talent Acquisition team. Candidate generation through online sourcing. Assist in the development and execution of Talent Acquisition events. High School Diploma Required Two years of work experience preferred (one year of recruitment and/or community outreach or nonprofit experience preferred). Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills required. Driving of your personal vehicle is required for this position. (This position is contingent upon successful completion of the driving protocol and policies including, but not limited to, review of MVR report to requirements, ownership of the vehicle and all associated insurance, registration, etc.)
