Experience Needed: -Review and grade candidate applications -Reply to applications with templated responses, based on the application grading -Source prospect lists of candidates (and/or employers) via Apollo.io -Conduct pre screen interviews with candidates via Zoom -Refer the top candidates to employers -Schedule interviews between the employer and top candidates -Join the employer on camera to help facilitate the interview process Good to have: -Previous experience performing outbound cold calls to candidates and/or employers - Candidates that have recruitment experience in the AEC (architecture, engineering, construction) industry - especially candidates with experience in MEP (mechanical, electrical, plumbing) or structural engineering.
