What we needWe are looking for a recruiter to manage the full recruitment cycle in a fast-paced, high-volume manpower environment. You will handle multiple vacancies at once, taking candidates from sourcing all the way through to joining and mobilization.

• What you'll doSource candidates through job portals, social media, databases, referrals, and networking
• Screen CVs, conduct screening calls, and verify qualifications, availability, salary expectations, and notice period
• Schedule interviews and assessments, and prepare candidates for them
• Submit suitable profiles to clients and follow up on feedback and selection decisions
• Coordinate offers, handle negotiations and candidate concerns, and secure acceptance
• Keep candidates engaged to minimize dropouts, and support documentation, visa, and joining requirements
• Maintain accurate trackers and databases, and prepare regular recruitment reports
• Escalate delays and bottlenecks to the Operations Manager
