Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field Minimum of 3 years’ experience in recruitment, headhunting, or talent sourcing (experience with global or remote teams preferred) Familiarity with LATAM job markets, local sourcing channels, and hiring trends Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal) Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), preferably Workable Proficiency with collaboration tools such as Google Workspace, Slack, and Monday.com Collaborative, proactive, and adaptable — especially in a startup environment Work From Home Training & Development
