The role of Recruitment Specialist will see you focusing on our Maintenance and Industrial Services division looking after a diverse portfolio. You will really own your space in this role and be the face of all stakeholder engagement. Working from our Victoria Park head office on a Mon-Fri roster you will be joining a successful recruitment team who manage small projects, maintenance contracts and shutdowns. Monadelphous offer ongoing training, career development and regular performance plans to ensure your future and career goals are achieved.

Responsibilities:

  • Actively recruit for trades personnel following Monadelphous’ recruitment process
  • Source and attract candidates through internal and external recruitment platforms
  • Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates and Monadelphous alumni to meet current and future staffing needs
  • Guide hiring managers and candidates through the process, from initial contact to onboarding
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience with clear communication and timely feedback
