The role of Recruitment Specialist will see you focusing on our Maintenance and Industrial Services division looking after a diverse portfolio. You will really own your space in this role and be the face of all stakeholder engagement. Working from our Victoria Park head office on a Mon-Fri roster you will be joining a successful recruitment team who manage small projects, maintenance contracts and shutdowns. • Actively recruit for trades personnel following Monadelphous’ recruitment process
• Source and attract candidates through internal and external recruitment platforms
• Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates and Monadelphous alumni to meet current and future staffing needs
• Guide hiring managers and candidates through the process, from initial contact to onboarding
• Ensure a positive candidate experience with clear communication and timely feedback
