Job Title: Junior Recruitment Specialist / Executive
Department: Human Resources
Reports To: HR Manager / Recruitment Lead
Location: Al Jurf Industrial Area 2, Ajman

JOB SUMMARY:

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Junior Recruitment Specialist/Executive to support our recruitment process. The ideal candidate will assist in sourcing and attracting candidates, conducting initial interviews, and managing employee documentation to ensure a smooth onboarding experience.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 0–2 years of experience in recruitment or HR (internships included).
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) is a plus.

PREFERRED SKILLS:

  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office and comfortable with online recruitment tools.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism.
    Job Type: Full-time
    Pay: AED2,000.00 - AED3,000.00 per month

Responsibilities
  • Job Postings:
  • Draft and publish job advertisements on relevant platforms (job portals, social media, company website).
  • Monitor and update postings to ensure visibility and accuracy.
  • Candidate Shortlisting:
  • Screen incoming applications and resumes.
  • Shortlist candidates based on job requirements and qualifications.
  • First Round Interviews:
  • Conduct initial phone or video interviews to assess candidate suitability.
  • Coordinate with hiring managers for feedback and scheduling further interview rounds.
  • Employee Documentation:
  • Collect and verify pre-employment documents (ID, educational certificates, work experience, etc.).
  • Maintain accurate employee records in HR systems and physical files.
