As a Recruiting Specialist, you will be responsible for sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and ensuring a smooth hiring and onboarding process.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Proven experience in talent acquisition or recruiting
• Strong skills in employee evaluation, interviewing techniques, and candidate assessment.
• Familiarity with HR sourcing methods and best practices in recruitment.
• Proficiency in using ATS software for managing recruitment processes.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to engage candidates effectively.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
• A proactive approach to recruiting with a passion for connecting talent with opportunities
