KEY QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related fields.
• 1-3 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.
• Strong interviewing and candidate evaluation skills.
• Proficiency in using ATS and HR software.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational abilities.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple priorities.

• Oversee end-to-end recruitment and onboarding processes, from sourcing to candidate selection and onboarding.
• Develop and implement sourcing strategies to attract qualified candidates through job boards, social media, referrals, and career fairs.
• Ensure candidates are fully informed about company policies, benefits, and expectations prior to onboarding.
• Partner with department heads to understand hiring needs and job requirements.
