  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
  • Proficient in MS Office and HR software systems.
Responsibilities

As a Recruitment Specialist, your primary duties will include:

  • Staffing & Recruitment: Identifying, sourcing, and recruiting medical staff, including nurses, doctors, and other healthcare professionals, to join the Pegasus team.
  • Employee Records Management: Maintaining accurate and up-to-date employee records, including personal details, job roles, contracts, and performance evaluations.
  • HR Assistance: Supporting the HR team with various administrative tasks, including onboarding new hires, organizing training sessions, and assisting with employee relations.
  • Talent Sourcing: Developing and maintaining relationships with recruitment agencies, medical schools, and other potential talent sources to ensure a steady pool of qualified candidates.
  • Interviewing & Screening: Conducting initial interviews, screenings, and reference checks for potential candidates.
  • Compliance & Documentation: Ensuring that all recruitment processes are in compliance with company policies, local laws, and industry standards.
