Recruitment Specialist Location: Al Qassim, Saudi Arabia Sulaiman Al Rajhi University (SRU) is seeking a qualified and proactive Recruitment Specialist to join the Human Capital team in Al Qassim. The role focuses on supporting faculty and staff recruitment in line with university policies and Saudi labor regulations. Key Responsibilities Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for academic and non-academic positions Coordinate with colleges, departments, and hiring managers to understand staffing needs Prepare and publish job advertisements on approved platforms Screen CVs, shortlist candidates, and coordinate interviews Prepare job offers, employment contracts, and on boarding documentation Liaise with external recruitment agencies when required Ensure recruitment practices comply with Saudi Labor Law and university policies Maintain accurate recruitment records and reports Required Qualifications Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field Experience & Skills Minimum 2–3 years of experience in recruitment or HR operations Experience in academic or institutional recruitment is an advantage Strong knowledge of Saudi labor regulations and recruitment procedures Proficiency in MS Office and HR systems (ERP / HRIS experience is a plus) Excellent communication, coordination, and organizational skills Ability to manage multiple vacancies and meet deadlines Location Requirement Resident of Al Qassim or willing to relocate to Al Qassim What We Offer Competitive salary based on qualifications and experience Professional working environment within a reputable academic institution Opportunity for career growth in Human Capital Management
