Recruitment Specialist (Temporary) The Recruiter manages full lifecycle recruiting while maintaining strong relations with business leaders, hiring managers, human resources business partners, vendors, and candidates. What you’ll do: • Full-cycle recruiting across the Americas • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand role requirements • Use job boards, social media, and professional networks • Engage in proactive talent search • Review resumes and applications, and conduct initial screenings • Schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers. • Prepare and extend job offers. • Coordinate pre-employment checks. • Provide regular updates to stakeholders • Participate in career fairs and networking events • Maintain accurate candidate records • Present weekly funnel metrics and insights What is required: • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Psychology or related • 3+ years of experience in Recruitment within Manufacturing Industries, Large Companies, R&D Technical Centers or Automotive Sector. • Working knowledge of ATS • Strong sourcing skills, using tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, and other creative methods • Ability to manage multiple requisitions/projects in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment. • English proficiency is a must What’s in it for you: • Work schedule: Monday-Thursday full time from office, and short Fridays working from home • Attractive compensation package • Recognition awards, company events, family events, university discount options and many more perks. • Gender Pay Equality Autoliv is proud to be an equal opportunity employer.
