Description

The Recruitment Strategistwill be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment cycle, from sourcing to onboarding. This role requires strong communication skills, a solid understanding of the UAE labor market, and the ability to identify top talent across various departments.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • 3–5 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition (UAE experience preferred).
  • Strong sourcing skills and familiarity with UAE job market and hiring platforms.
  • Proficient in MS Office and applicant tracking systems.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven track record in strategic sourcing and employer branding.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Knowledge of UAE visa and onboarding processes is a plus.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Arabic language skills (advantageous, not mandatory).

Responsibilities
  • Design and implement end-to-end recruitment strategies aligned with UAE labor laws and company objectives.
  • Partner with department heads to forecast hiring needs and build proactive talent pipelines.
  • Leverage LinkedIn Recruiter, Bayt, GulfTalent, and other regional platforms to source top candidates.
  • Build and promote employer branding initiatives to attract both local and international talent.
  • Analyze recruitment KPIs (time-to-hire, cost-per-hire, offer acceptance rates) and recommend process improvements.
  • Maintain compliance with UAE labour laws and visa processes.
  • Maintain candidate records using an ATS and ensure timely follow-up.
  • Draft and post job descriptions tailored to each role and department.
  • Prepare offer letters, coordinate onboarding documents, and liaise with PROs for visa processing.
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers.
  • Coordinate with local and international recruitment agencies where necessary.
  • Stay updated with UAE labor law and recruitment best practices.
