As an Implementation Consultant (as you’ll be known here!), you’ll be at the heart of transforming our customers’ businesses—leading seamless onboarding experiences, executing smooth data migrations, overseeing upgrade requirements and delivering expert system training.
You’ll use your expertise in change management and deep understanding of the recruitment industry to guide and influence customers to adopt best practices, allowing them to maximise the value they gain from Firefish.

Responsibilities

YOU’LL FIND THIS ROLE EXCITING IF:

  • You’re a strategic thinker with a passion for supporting others to achieve maximum results.
  • You have enjoyed being the key point of contact either for the implementation of a CRM system, or for colleagues’ questions on how to use your existing CRM.
  • You love taking data and translating this into meaningful strategies, optimising processes, improving performance and embracing continuous improvement.
