About the Position: Epic Travel is looking for a Recruitment Support Coordinator who will be responsible of providing administrative and operational support for the recruitment department of a Strategic Business Unit (SBU). This position follows a night shift schedule and operates under a remote work setup, with some days required on-site. What You'll Do: Provide support for the coordination of recruitment projects and related services. Maintain candidate databases ensuring data accuracy. Review and update applicant profiles; create master profiles. Call candidate references and prepare reference forms. Assist with the preparation of pay packages and employment contracts. Process online license verifications. Uploading documents into the ATS. Participate in cross-training initiatives and provide support across teams, assisting designated recruiters or groups as needed. Assist with the completion of special/ad hoc projects, as assigned. Prepare and submit candidates. Participate in the training of new employees and review of outputs, as assigned. What You Bring: One year of related experience or college degree. Proficiency in speaking, reading, writing, and understanding the English language as required for effective performance of job duties Possess an overall knowledge of business functions and understanding of services, business strategy, policies and procedures, and job’s impact to the organization. Work with electronic hardware and software applications specific to the role. Work independently, see business needs and proactively accomplish them for the betterment of their team and the organization. Obtain facts and data pertaining to an issue or question.
