DESCRIPTION

• Manage full-cycle recruitment for roles in Germany, from sourcing to offer
• Partner with hiring managers to define job requirements and candidate profiles
• Source talent through LinkedIn, job boards, and proactive outreach
• Conduct screening interviews and coordinate the selection process
• Maintain accurate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS)
• Support employer branding and enhance candidate experience in the German market
• Ensure recruitment practices comply with German labor laws and internal policies
