Daily responsibilities: Supporting the Recruitment team in administrative tasks related to hiring processes. Preparing and publishing job ads. Screening resumes, scheduling interviews. Handling communication with candidates and new hires. Providing support with hiring stage and relocation processes of new hires. Assisting in managing candidate applications in the ATS (Applicant Tracking System). Qualifications Min. 1 year experience on a similar position. Fluent Polish and English. Team-oriented mindset with a proactive and supportive attitude. Excellent time-management skills and strong communication skills will help you thrive in this role. Nice to have: Interest in video games. Graduate of HR Management/Psychology/Social Science or students in their final years available to work full time.
