We have a fantastic opportunity for a skilled and experienced in-house Recruitment & Talent Business Partner to support our ambitious growth journey. Recruiting professional support roles, you will play a major part in supporting AFG to attract and retain the best talent.
JOB PURPOSE
We are seeking a dynamic and highly skilled results driven Recruitment & Talent Business Partner. To be successful in this role, you will be a highly knowledgeable Talent Acquisition professional/business partner who is adapt at working with the business to understand the company objectives whilst constructing resourcing plans and strategies to improve recruitment performance whilst delivering top talent to the business.
With an extensive toolkit of sourcing strategies and experience of recruiting professional support roles you will play a major part in supporting AFG’s Recruitment, Retention and Talent Attraction Strategy.
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
