WHAT YOU’LL DO

As Recruitment Team Lead, you will:

• Manage and develop a team of recruitment professionals delivering a responsive, high-quality recruitment service across NHSGGC.
• Oversee the end-to-end recruitment process for a variety of clinical and non-clinical roles.
• Work closely with senior leaders, HR teams, and operational managers to ensure recruitment strategies align with workforce needs and priorities.
• Lead and support complex recruitment projects, including high-volume and specialist campaigns.
• Champion continuous improvement, performance monitoring, and compliance with NHS Scotland and NHSGGC recruitment standards.
• Promote the use of innovative recruitment methods, including social media and digital platforms, to attract diverse talent locally, nationally, and internationally.
