We’re looking for an organised and detail-focused HR Administrator with a can-do attitude to provide accurate, responsive support across the employee lifecycle.

You may be a recent graduate or an experienced administrator in a related discipline

What you’ll do 

As the HR Administrator, you will help deliver a seamless employee experience by ensuring employment documentation, onboarding activities and employee records are accurate, timely and well managed.

Your attention to detail, discretion and service mindset will help our People & Culture team deliver reliable support to candidates, employees and leaders. You will:

• Draft and issue accurate offer letters and employment contracts, verifying salary, job title, start date and working conditions
• Prepare variation letters for promotions, salary changes, transfers, changes to hours and other employment updates, ensuring required approvals are obtained
• Track and follow up signed contracts, variation letters and other employment documentation to maintain complete and auditable records
• Initiate and monitor digital onboarding, supporting new starters to complete personal, tax, banking and other required information
• Create and maintain accurate employee records in the ELMO (HRIS) and digital personnel files, including reporting lines, employment status and personal details
• Verify right-to-work documentation and coordinate required pre-employment checks, qualifications and expiry-date tracking

What you’ll bring  

• Qualifications of a related and recent degree or;
• Previous experience in an HR administration, People Services or similar coordination role
• Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to producing accurate documentation
• Strong organisation and prioritisation skills, with the ability to manage competing deadlines
• Clear and professional written and verbal communication skills
• A customer-focused approach when supporting candidates, employees and leaders
• Confidence using HR information systems, onboarding platforms or similar business systems
