We are seeking a dynamic and proactive Recruitment, Training and Development Coordinator to join our HR Team. In this role, you will provide full recruitment services and support with all training and development for the continued growth and success of our organisation.

As the main point of contact for Recruitment, you’ll work closely with managers and partners to deliver strategic hires and replacement roles.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Reviewing and managing the company’s Training & Development structure, including support for professional qualifications and CPD (Continuing Professional Development).
• Coordinating structured training pathways and apprenticeship programmes, working closely with the Senior Training Manager.
• Supporting departmental managers with performance development planning and delivering tailored training solutions.
• Leading all recruitment activities, from strategic hires to replacements, in collaboration with the Senior HR Advisor.
• Enhancing our employer brand and ensuring an excellent candidate experience throughout the recruitment journey.
• Driving the implementation of new talent initiatives and supporting onboarding and induction aligned with market trends.
