REPORTING RELATIONSHIP:

Reporting jointly to the Crew HR Team Lead & Training Lead and ultimately to the Group HR & Crewing Manager.

QUALIFICATIONS/TRAINING:

• Previous HR, Recruitment or Training administration experience.
• General administrative experience
• Computer literate – Microsoft packages i.e. word, excel, outlook and employee databases

In conjunction with the Crew HR Team Lead, & Training Lead be responsible for recruitment, employee file creation, new start mobilization, and logistics. Also, take the lead on assigned training areas.
