ICTS Ireland is seeking a Recruitment & Vetting Administrator to support our HR and Operations teams. This is a key role ensuring we bring the right people into our business while meeting the highest compliance standards in the industry.
We’re open to candidates from a variety of backgrounds, particularly those with management experience in retail, hospitality, customer service, or similar environments, who are confident interviewing, detail-oriented, and highly organised.

Responsibilities
  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment and vetting process, from job adverts to onboarding.
  • Prepare and publish job advertisements across approved channels.
  • Screen CVs, shortlist candidates, and coordinate interview scheduling.
  • Conduct initial phone screenings and support the interview and selection process.
  • Organise and administer induction training for new employees.
  • Manage onboarding activities, including issuing contracts, payroll registration, and uniform ordering.
  • Conduct and monitor vetting and background checks to ensure compliance.
  • Maintain accurate records and ensure all documentation meets regulatory standards.
