JOB OVERVIEW

As a Recycling Advisor (Doorstep Engagement), you will play a crucial role in promoting sustainable waste management practices within the community. Your primary responsibility will be to engage with residents directly at their doorsteps, educating them about recycling processes and encouraging participation in local recycling initiatives. This role requires a proactive approach and a passion for environmental sustainability.

EXPERIENCE

  • Previous experience in community engagement or environmental education is advantageous but not essential.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with diverse audiences.
  • A genuine interest in sustainability and environmental issues is essential for success in this position. This role offers an exciting opportunity to make a positive impact on your community while promoting responsible waste management practices.
    Job Type: Fixed term contract
    Contract length: 6 weeks
    Pay: £15.00 per hour
    Expected hours: 40 per week
