Job Description Step up and lead the crew at our Batemans Bay Depot! Ready to take the next step and lead from the front? If you enjoy being hands-on, supporting a team and keeping things running smoothly, this could be the role for you. As our Depot Team Leader, you’ll be right in the action running day-to-day operations while guiding your team to deliver a great customer experience. You’ll lead by example, helping customers with the Return and Earn machines, jumping in to support the team on busy days, and making sure the site stays clean, safe and running like clockwork. You’ll be the go-to person on shift, keeping the team motivated, organised and on track. Whether it’s coaching team members, solving problems on the spot or making sure everyone is set up for success, you’ll play a key role in creating a positive, high-energy work environment. We’re looking for someone who can work independently, take ownership and be that friendly, reliable face both customers and team members can count on. If you enjoy leading people, staying active and being part of something that supports your local community and the environment, you’ll fit right in. Some answers to commonly asked questions about this role: Full- time role working across 4 weekdays and 1 weekend day per week. Federal police check, pre-employment medical (including drug and alcohol screen) and reference checks are part of the background process for employment.
