THE RED FACILITIES COORDINATOR AT ARVEST OVERSEES THE DAILY OPERATIONS AND MAINTENANCE OF THE ORGANIZATION’S PHYSICAL INFRASTRUCTURE WITHIN THEIR ASSIGNED REGION. THEY MANAGE VARIOUS ASPECTS OF FACILITIES MANAGEMENT AND SERVE AS THE DEPARTMENT’S MAIN RESOURCES FOR MATTERS RELATING TO MAINTENANCE, VENDOR RELATIONS, ASSET MANAGEMENT, MEETING SPACE UTILIZATION AND COMPANY VEHICLE RESERVATIONS. THEIR ROLE ENSURES STREAMLINED DEPARTMENTAL ORGANIZATION BY PROMPTLY AND ACCURATELY HANDLING WORK ORDERS, DOCUMENTS, CONTRACTS, PROCESSES, AND TASKS.
