REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE :

  • 3–8 years of experience in IAM or SSO systems, including Red Hat SSO/Keycloak
  • Strong understanding of OAuth2, OIDC, SAML, and LDAP
  • Proficiency with Linux (RHEL/CentOS)
  • Experience integrating enterprise applications (web portals, APIs, mobile apps)
  • Familiarity with JSON, REST APIs, and security protocols
  • Experience with containerized environments (Docker, Kubernetes) is a plus
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently under pressure
Responsibilities

L2 RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Monitor the health and performance of Red Hat SSO instances
  • Provide second-line support for SSO issues, including login failures, user access, token issues
  • Manage users, roles, and permissions through Keycloak/Red Hat SSO
  • Assist in integrating applications with SSO (SAML, OIDC, OAuth2)
  • Handle service requests and incident tickets using ITSM tools (e.g., ServiceNow, Jira)

L3 RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues involving authentication flows, federation, or custom configurations
  • Work with DevOps to deploy, upgrade, and maintain SSO environments (on-prem/cloud)
  • Create and maintain technical documentation for SSO systems
  • Perform root cause analysis and implement permanent fixes
  • Collaborate with security teams to ensure compliance with IAM policies and best practices
  • Develop or manage custom extensions, policies, or identity mappers in Keycloak/Red Hat SSO
