POSITION OVERVIEW: ELECTRICIAN (RED SEAL & APPRENTICES)

We are seeking skilled and motivated Red Seal Electricians and Apprentices to join our team in a full-time, permanent role. This position involves a mix of residential and commercial work, including on-site installations, testing, repairs, maintenance, and troubleshooting of electrical systems and components.
The ideal candidate is organized, safety-conscious, and customer-focused, with a strong work ethic and a willingness to learn new technologies. As part of our team, you will collaborate closely with office and sales staff, ensuring clear communication on service requests, and making informed recommendations to clients based on their needs and budgets.

SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS

  • Red Seal Certified Electricians with minimum 5 years’ experience.
  • Open to Apprentices (must be eligible and willing to register with the Nova Scotia Apprenticeship Agency).
  • Valid driver’s license with a clean driver’s abstract.
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
  • Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented.
  • Positive, easy-going personality with excellent customer service skills.
  • Must provide own tools, safety gear, steel-toe boots and hard hat.
  • Eagerness to learn and adapt to new industry technologies.
