We are currently hiring a skilled and safety-focused Journeyman Electrician / Instrumentation Technician to support our growing operations. This role is ideal for someone who brings strong field experience in industrial electrical systems and instrumentation/control integration.
We welcome applicants who hold a dual Red Seal (Electrician + Instrumentation Technician) or those with a minimum of 3 years’ hands-on experience working with instrumentation and control systems in an industrial or processing environment.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Red Seal Journeyman Electrician certification (required)
• Instrumentation Technician ticket (preferred) or
• Minimum 3 years experience in industrial instrumentation and controls
• Solid understanding of PLCs, sensors, analog/digital signal wiring, and field devices
• Ability to work from technical drawings and documentation
• Strong safety track record and understanding of field best practices
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

• Install, troubleshoot, and maintain electrical and control systems, including panels, motors, drives, and field instrumentation
• Calibrate and commission transmitters, sensors, level/pressure/temperature devices, and PLC I/O
• Read and interpret electrical schematics, loop drawings, and P&IDs
• Execute terminations, conduit runs, and tray work in accordance with electrical code
• Support startup and commissioning of process systems
• Complete routine inspections, maintenance, and control logic verification
• Ensure safety and compliance with all applicable standards and regulations (CEC, CSA, OH&S)
