Overview We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Reddit Marketing Operations Specialist to manage end-to-end marketing workflows that drive measurable client results. This role involves researching Reddit communities, identifying high-value conversations, refining AI-generated content, and optimizing engagement strategies while maintaining brand voice and quality standards. Job Highlights Number of Paid Hours Per Week: Full-Time (40+ hrs/week) Schedule: Monday–Friday, either 4:00 AM–12:00 NN EST or 6:00 AM–2:00 PM EST Work Arrangement: Work from home Contract: Independent Contractor Side Note: Since this is a permanent work-from-home Independent Contractor role, candidates must have their own computer and reliable internet connection, handle their own benefits and taxes, and will be compensated on hourly rates depending on experience and performance.
