We offer a wide range of benefits designed to attract, develop, and reward our employees such as 40 days annual leave (including Bank Holidays), flexible working and a generous pension plan
As the Reducing Reoffending Project Officer, you will be the driving force behind a borough-wide effort to break the cycle of crime. Working across Wandsworth and Richmond, you will coordinate strategic delivery groups, manage impactful projects and forge powerful partnerships with statutory and community organisations.
You will work closely with HMP Wandsworth, the Police, Probation, and local services to identify gaps, build bridges and create a seamless support network for those most at risk of reoffending.
This is more than a project role – it is a chance to shape systems, influence strategy and be an advocate for change.
