We are looking for people who want to help build something high-accountability, fast-moving, and deeply impactful.   About the Role The role of the Reengagement Implementation Specialist is to own the Rescue stage of the Partner Checkpoint System. This role is responsible for identifying stalled partners, diagnosing why they have stopped progressing, and reactivating them back into revenue-generating momentum. This is a highly self-driven role. You are not waiting for partners to come to you—you are actively identifying inactivity, initiating outreach, and filling your own calendar with partners who need to be reengaged. This role combines outreach, diagnostics, and execution. You will work directly with partners to uncover the root cause of inactivity, provide a clear and simple plan of action, and reconnect them to the appropriate stage of the system. The ideal candidate is proactive, resourceful, and creative—someone who can not only reengage individual partners but also develop campaigns, challenges, and initiatives that drive widespread reactivation across the partner base. Key Responsibilities   * Own the Growth stage of the Partner Checkpoint System and guide partners from early success to sustained revenue expansion * Help partners implement diversified lead generation strategies, including paid ads, referrals, content, and internal campaigns * Guide partners through the Growth Path and ensure proper execution of marketing initiatives * Introduce and drive adoption of company “growth plays” designed to increase patient demand * Reinforce consistent execution of monthly marketing initiatives across the partner base * Host group completion calls to validate understanding and reinforce ongoing growth strategies * Lead live Q&A sessions to support partners and troubleshoot marketing execution challenges * Support partners inside community platforms and messaging channels to maintain engagement and momentum * Maintain accurate visibility of all partners within the Growth stage using GoHighLevel * Track partner engagement, campaign adoption, and pipeline development metrics * Identify bottlenecks in execution, consistency, or campaign performance and report trends to leadership * Conduct diagnostic calls to identify root causes and create action plans * Recommend improvements to growth plays, systems, and processes to increase partner outcomes * Maintain awareness of CRM and reactivation strategies (secondary focus) to support full pipeline health Qualifications * 3-5+ years experience in sales, client success and partner execution * Strong understanding of lead generation strategies across multiple channels (paid ads, referrals, content, etc.) * Ability to explain and simplify marketing campaigns so partners can execute quickly * Experience leading calls, trainings, or group environments * Experience with CRM systems (GoHighLevel preferred) and basic pipeline awareness * Analytical mindset with the ability to identify trends in engagement and performance * Experience in marketing, growth, client success, or implementation roles is a plus Preferred Experience * Experience in telehealth, pharmacy, or healthcare operations * Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, high-accountability remote environment * Experience leading calls, trainings, or group environments * Leadership within Sales, client success and partnerships a strong plus Compensation Range * Base Salary: $60,000 – $75,000 * Bonus: Monthly incentive commission based on partner progression Benefits: Health, Dental, Vision, PTO, and Upward Mobility within the organization What We Are Looking For Asher Med wants people who embody seven core principles: humility, empathy, relentlessness, trustworthiness, extreme ownership, reliability, and a growth mindset.
