The Reentry Support Specialist Supervisor is responsible for the direct supervision of the residents in the facility and overseeing the training and performance of the reentry support specialists on an assigned shift. The incumbent will be responsible for monitoring, coordinating, and the implementation of all policies and procedures and ensuring that direct reports are consistently applying them. High School diploma or GED required. Associate’s Degree in social science preferred. Minimum of two years of direct residential experience preferred.
