SENIOR TEST ANALYST - SALESFORCE

Rate: £400pd (Inside IR35)
Duration: 3 months initially
Location: London (Hybrid, 2 days per week onsite)
Are you a highly skilled Senior Test Analyst with a solid background in Salesforce testing, UAT, and end-to-end testing processes? At Ten10, a leading UK consultancy in Quality Engineering, Software Testing, and DevOps, we’re looking for a proactive professional to join our team for a high-impact client engagement in the financial services domain.

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR:

We’re seeking someone with deep experience in enterprise testing environments who can operate both independently and as a collaborative team member. You should bring:

KEY SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:

• Proven experience with Salesforce testing, ideally in enterprise environments.
• Strong hands-on experience with UAT coordination and defect triaging.
• Solid background in end-to-end testing, system integration, and regression testing.
• Familiarity with tools such as JIRA, Azure DevOps, or similar for test and defect management.
• Excellent documentation and communication skills.

BONUS EXPERIENCE:

• Prior exposure to the insurance sector or financial services environments.
• ISTQB certification or similar.
• Experience in hybrid working models with multi-disciplinary teams.

THE ROLE

As a Senior Test Analyst, you’ll lead the charge in planning, executing, and managing test activities across critical systems, with a particular focus on Salesforce and UAT testing. You’ll be an integral part of delivering robust, user-centric solutions in a complex enterprise environment.

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING:

• Test Planning & Execution: Create and manage detailed test plans for end-to-end testing scenarios, ensuring comprehensive coverage of business and technical requirements.
• Salesforce Testing: Perform in-depth testing of Salesforce CRM systems, including configuration validation, workflows, integrations, and data migration.
• UAT Support: Collaborate closely with business users to facilitate UAT cycles, triage issues, and ensure alignment with business expectations.
• Defect Management: Log, track, and retest defects; provide insightful reporting on quality metrics and progress.
• Stakeholder Communication: Work alongside developers, business analysts, and product owners to clarify requirements and ensure smooth test execution.
