Job Description Maintaining & managing Compensation globally across all geographiesManaging & maintaining compensation data efficiently for all employees in the system. Assists the Manager in compensation planning, compensation budget setting and promotion cycle Facilitate the process of development and Implementation of Variable / Incentive pay plans Partnering with the HR Business Partner / Location HR to assist them with all rewards related queries Manage the resolution of compensation escalated inquiries Qualifications Post-Graduation in HR or Graduation in any stream with 3-4 years of relevant experience

Responsibilities

The Deputy Manager will maintain and manage global compensation data for all employees and assist in compensation planning and budget setting. They will also facilitate the development and implementation of variable pay plans and manage escalated compensation inquiries.
