Job Description Independently manage the workstreams with proficiency in coding and monitor the outputs from other team members Ensure prompt communication between client stakeholders and the team Should have good understanding of CPG Industry with solutions like Assortments, AB testing, Pricing. Take complete ownership of all assigned projects/tasks, with a high focus on quality and client delight Lead the development of the analysis plan for any new task and translate the requirements clearly to the team Ensure successful completion of client deliverables in line with the project plan/scope Generate actionable insights from the analysis and ensure compelling executive summaries and storytelling through the output Identify gap in the processes; optimize & streamline Lead calls from offshore to discuss project updates, results, etc. and share MoMs as and when needed Be proactive in flagging potential issues/concerns to RM/TH so that corrective actions are taken at the right time Mentor and groom junior/new members in the team Databricks, Python, PySpark, Azure ML Algorithms, unsupervised techniques
