Job Description We are looking for candidates with CA qualification and 1-2 yrs of PQE in Statutory reporting preferable in UK region. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:-• Completion of all tax or statutory audit work required for the designated Global Finance Accounting Entities (GFA entities) of the team. • Responsible for accurate, complete and timely statutory and tax filings for designated GFA entities, in line with the agreed timetable set for KPI / SLA purposes. • Responsible to identify and drive implementation of standardised processes and procedures across countries, and entities in the region, to deliver efficiency and effectiveness for all financial reporting purposes. • Responsible to calculate, track and monitor all adjustments required to convert financial statements prepared under the Global Process Model to the values/format and layout required under local legislation. • Contracted for external reporting delivery, to ensure timely and accurate delivery of all assigned reporting.• External reporting preparation files, feeding back to the Central Operations team in case of any unresolved issues. • Timely and accurate submission of financial statements and tax returns for the designated GFA entities • . Achieving local compliance for all external reporting related activities. • Accuracy of cash flow forecasting regarding tax payments for the designated GFA entities. • Driving implementation of key projects essential for process improvement. • Effective and efficient communication with internal and external stakeholders. • Successful conclusion of statutory and tax audit activities • Strong planning and organizing ability, to ensure all tasks are completed accurately and on time. • Minimum education to degree level or equivalent. • Experience in a similar financial reporting position, with exposure to multiple Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) methods. • Experience of working in a Global business within a multi-currency & country environment. • Extensive experience in the preparation of full statutory accounts and the statutory audit process. • Fluency to communicate in English language. • Expertise with the SAP ERP System would be highly beneficial. • The ideal candidate will be qualified in a professional accounting qualification (e.g. ACCA/ACA or similar), though extensive experience may also be considered. 4 Year experience in statutory audit Candidates having working experience in Big 4 are preferred Qualifications Bachelors / Master’s degree with Finance and experience in statutory Audit
