Job Description General Ledger (GL) Management: Posting journal entries, managing accruals, prepayments, and adjusting entries. Reconciliation: Performing bank reconciliations and reconciling GL accounts with sub-ledgers, intercompany accounts, and external statements. Period Close: Executing month/quarter-end close activities, including processing closing entries and ensuring data integrity. Financial Reporting: Preparing and analyzing financial statements (Income Statement, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow) and management reports. Analysis & Compliance: Analyzing financial trends, identifying variances, supporting audits, and ensuring compliance with accounting standards Process Improvement: Identifying and implementing enhancements to streamline RTR processes and controls. Qualifications B.COM, MBA or M.COM
Responsibilities
