Knowledge of accounting principles, Journal entries and Reconciliations. 2.Highlights exceptions to the SLAs or any other performance metrics like Ageing Open items, Accuracy of task 3. Identify the process improvement areas and get it aligned with client 3. First level of escalation - Good communication skills Verbal and written 4.SAP knowledge preferred5.Knowledge of Excel and Powerpoints 1. Has a good understanding of Lean (Six Sigma) principles as a team member.(Can be a preferred) 1.Knows the counterparts at client side and works towards building a maintains a strong relationship with them 2. Maintains a communication channel to report regular issues and highlight the exceptions (Ok)'Prior Transition experience is preferred 1.
