Job Description FP&A Team Lead (ANZ Shift: 10 PM – 7 AM IST) Lead financial planning, forecasting, and analysis for ANZ region. Deliver monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.Drive variance analysis and highlight key performance insights. Support month-end close activities and financial accuracy checks. Prepare MIS dashboards and business performance summaries. Partner with ANZ business and operations teams for financial decisions. Lead and mentor a team of PF&A analysts.Ensure adherence to finance policies, controls, and audit requirements. Improve reporting processes and drive automation initiatives.Collaborate with accounting teams for accruals and cost allocations. Manage stakeholder communication during ANZ hours. Ensure high‑quality, timely delivery of all financial outputs. Has complete clarity about expectations. Preparation and analysis of monthly management reporting and forecasts. High level of attention to detail, and ability to withhold a vast amount of information and meet time sensitive tasks with fluctuating volumes and pace. Understands and works towards the common goals of the organization rather than getting confined to own. Resolves conflicts at his / her level; escalates if required.
