Job Description We are expanding our UK Pensions actuarial delivery team and are looking for Actuarial Analysts / Senior Analysts to support high-impact UK pension projects across bulk annuity, scheme reporting, and individual member calculations. This role offers strong exposure to UK DB pension schemes, global stakeholder interaction, and long-term career growth in UK pensions actuarial consulting. Key Responsibilities You will work on UK Pensions actuarial services related to companies that sponsor private and public sector occupational pension schemes reporting under IAS19 / US GAAP (or equivalent), including: Review data, methodologies, assumptions, and actuarial results; benchmark against market practices Reconcile pension data from previous years and compare results with client outputs Prepare clear commentary on findings and develop structured summary reports Discuss results with other members of the pensions actuarial team Support interaction with client management and UK stakeholders Work on pension scheme reports and accounts, including: Complex asset valuations (annuities, longevity swaps, asset-backed funding arrangements) Member benefit testing Contribute to technical research areas such as: Assumption setting Longevity analysis Technical accounting Annuities and longevity swaps Asset-backed funding structures Benefit testing Support individual member calculations, including: Retirement calculations Transfer value calculations Commutation factor analysis Qualifications Educational Qualifications Graduate / Post Graduate with a strong background in Mathematics, Statistics, or related quantitative disciplines Pursuing actuarial sciences from the Institute of Actuaries (UK or India) 1–6 actuarial exams passed Work Experience 1–3 years of relevant actuarial experience Experience of providing actuarial services to UK Defined Benefit pension schemes preferred, including exposure to: IAS19 financial reporting Cash funding valuations De-risking exercises Bulk annuity support Member benefit calculations Skills & Competencies Strong MS Excel skills (data handling, reconciliation, modelling) Good analytical and problem-solving abilities High attention to detail and quality orientation Strong written and verbal communication skills Ability to work with global stakeholders and UK clients Structured approach to documentation and reporting Why Join Us?
